We require a card on file to charge for boarding reservations and secure your dog’s spot. If you need to update the card on file, you can do so by completing the form found at the following link: [HERE]

In the space below, please verify the last four digits of your on-file card as an acknowledgment that:

1. You understand that your card will be charged for the full cost of boarding to secure your dog’s reservation, and a receipt will be sent to you via invoice.
2. If there’s an issue with payment, once notified, you will have 24 hours to resolve it before your spot is released.

Please confirm the last 4 digits of the card we have on file. If we do not have the matching card on file, we will reach out to you via text to notify you.
